The technical program will consist of parallel sessions of submitted papers on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (June 19th,20th and 21th). Some of these sessions will be grouped into mini-symposiums on the following topics: Radio Communications, Quality of Service, Communication Theory and Personal Communications.
